Mark is a remarkable individual who has made substantial contributions to the lives of Canada’s most vulnerable citizens. Born deaf, he has dedicated his efforts to eliminating barriers in the workplace and opening doors to employment for people with disabilities. His advocacy work focuses on fostering inclusion and creating opportunities for those who face unique challenges.
• Former Tim Hortons restaurant owner – 25 years / 14 locations
• hired almost 200 workers with disabilities, 17% of their workforce

• believes there is a clear and compelling business case for real inclusion
