Medical Qigong
o Qigong is a series of simple movements designed to relax the body, stimulate and massage internal organs, stimulate chi, remove energy blockages and generally support all systems in the body
o No experience necessary and great for any fitness level and all ages
Class Description – each class will include the following elements:
o Sacred Space – each class will be conducted in a relaxing space created for healing practice accompanied by soothing music
o Qigong Routine - we will learn the Eight Silk Brocades Qigong as our basic routine. We may also experience the Six Healing Sounds, Shibashi & Paida Qigong
