This class focuses on WHY you eat what you do. As you become more aware of your personal eating triggers, you will be able to control your food cravings and change your problematic eating behaviours. This is a cognitive-behavioural approach that encourages you to consider how your thoughts, emotions and behaviours all interact.
This class is a once-per-week, 4-week series.
