Snow is an inevitability at this time of year, but there are so many stories to be told in these winter days! The Foothills Philharmonic Chorus, Chamber Chorus and Orchestra would like to invite you to Tales of Ice and Snow, a look at songs of winter from around the world. On December 14th at High River United Church and December 15th at Okotoks United Church, come with us on a journey through the snowy landscapes of Winter, into the dark night suddenly set ablaze by the Northern Lights. From here, we emerge into the pale morning beauty brought on by the Winter Sun, and even perhaps into the flurries to dance with a Snow Angel.
