Yoga Thrive is a research based, therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors, (on or off treatment) and their support persons. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Thursdays in Okotoks, October 3-Dec 19, 6-7 pm @Thrive Chiropractic - Cost $60
Sundays Zoom (virtual class) Sept 22-Dec 8, 9-10 am, Free.
