Join us for “Sober Curious: Exploring the Movement,” a unique and welcoming event designed to give you a taste of what sober curiosity is all about. This event is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can connect with like-minded individuals and learn more about living alcohol-free.

• Mocktail Making: Kick off the evening with a fun and interactive mocktail-making session. Learn how to create delicious alcohol-free beverages that will delight your taste buds and bring new life to your social gatherings.
• Panel Discussion: Hear from a panel of inspiring individuals who have embraced a sober lifestyle. They’ll share their personal stories, experiences, and insights into the benefits of sobriety, helping you understand the impact of a mindful approach to alcohol.
• Q&A Session: Have questions? This is your chance to ask! Engage with our panelists in an open and honest conversation about sober curiosity, the challenges, and the rewards of a sober lifestyle.

Whether you’re already exploring sobriety, considering reducing your alcohol intake, or just curious about what the sober movement is all about, this event is for you. It’s a chance to approach alcohol consumption with curiosity, mindfulness, and intentionality, all while connecting with supportive women in your community.

Cobi has overcome the challenges of alcohol abuse and emerged with a deep sense of gratitude and compassion. She is passionate about spreading awareness and helping others find joy in sobriety. As the founder of Sonder Society Co., she hosts sober events and leads sobriety-focused inner circle groups to support those on their journey.

Kristy Leier
Kristy, a Reiki Master and educator, has embraced over 20 years of sobriety, navigating a journey of healing and self-discovery. Her passion lies in empowering women to find balance and inner peace. She guides others to love their lives by embracing self-worth and redefining their standards, continually evolving on her own path to wholeness.

Ciara Halsted
Ciara, a Master Permanent Makeup Artist and Educator with 16 years of experience, empowers others through beauty and self-love. Founder of Ciara Lee Collective and Unity Collective, she uplifts and inspires others, blending beauty with personal empowerment. Although she chooses not to drink and doesn’t resonate with the term “sober,” she is excited to share her perspective on the panel about why she made this choice. Her mission is to help others embrace their inner beauty and confidence.

Vanisha Breault
Vanisha is the founder of Terminator Foundation, an organization using athletics to transform the lives of those impacted by addiction and mental health. She is also an author of the Amazon bestseller “Ordinary Courage” and a dynamic advocate for mental health and addiction awareness. With over two decades of experience, Vanisha is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding these issues. She holds a B.A. in Counseling/Psychology and is a podcast host, speaker, and community leader recognized for her powerful work in Alberta and beyond.
