Yoga Thrive is a research-based, therapeutic yoga program for cancer survivors and their support persons. This gentle 12 week program is based on hatha yoga, has been modified for survivors on or off treatment to address stiffness, pain, stress or fatigue.
Class sizes are kept small (10) to ensure individual attention and safety for all participants. Classes are 75 minutes, held once per week for the 12 week session, $60 total. The session starts March 4th, 5:00 p.m.- 6:15 p.m. at Westridge Laser and Massage.
No previous yoga experience is necessary!
